OSU Welcomes High School Marching Bands to Buckeye Invitational

On Saturday, September 28, 2019, the Ohio Music Education Association and The Ohio State University Marching Band will welcome high school marching bands to historic Ohio Stadium. OSU alum, Ryan McCuskey discusses the annual Buckeye Invitational competition. High school band musicians are packing up their instruments and heading to Ohio Stadium for the Buckeye Invitational! An annual event hosted in partnership by The Ohio State University Marching Band and Ohio Music Education Association (OMEA), the competition welcomes high school bands from across the nation. A highlight of the early weeks of the Fall semester, the Buckeye Invitational is a fantastic opportunity for high school band members to show their stuff and receive high quality feedback from big names in the collegiate marching band community. Ohio State University Hosts 2019 Club and Society Leadership Symposium

Ryan McCuskey is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University , where he earned his MHA in Services Management and Policy and Juris Doctor (JD), Law. He continues to support OSU as a member of the Alumni Association. Once a Buckeye, always a Buckeye! The Ohio State University Alumni Association will host its annual Club and Society Leadership Symposium on September 5 and 6, 2019. OSU welcomes back alumni for this engaging event. Alumni accomplishments, both professional and academic, will be honored with awards at 11:45 AM on the second day of the event.
